Legal review

Initial structure prepared for legal validation. Clauses marked “Legal review” must be checked by counsel before this page is relied upon.

These terms govern your use of the public website at radius365.org. They do not govern the Radius365 PKI service itself: the service is purchased through the Microsoft commercial marketplace and is subject to the Microsoft Standard Contract for the commercial marketplace and to the service terms shown at purchase and in the portal.

This website is published by the operator of Radius365 PKI.

You may browse the website and use the contact form for genuine enquiries about Radius365 PKI. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, probe or circumvent its protections (including rate limits), submit automated or bulk requests, or use the contact form to send unsolicited or unlawful content.

Security researchers acting in good faith should follow the coordinated disclosure policy published at https://portal.radius365.org/.well-known/security.txt.

Subscriptions to Radius365 PKI are created only by purchasing a plan on the Microsoft commercial marketplace and activating it in the portal. Prices shown on this website are indicative, exclude VAT, and the amount you pay is the one displayed by Microsoft at purchase in your billing currency. Billing, invoicing, cancellation and refunds are handled by Microsoft under the marketplace terms.

Plan entitlements (number of certificate authorities, issuance rate limits, included features) are described on the Pricing page and in the portal documentation and may evolve; changes to a published plan are made through the marketplace.

The website, its text, screenshots, illustrations and the Radius365 PKI name and logo belong to the operator or its licensors. Screenshots show fictitious example data. Microsoft, Azure, Intune, Entra ID and related marks belong to Microsoft Corporation; other names belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this website grants you a licence to these marks.

The website is provided for information. We take care to keep it accurate — capacity figures are measured and compliance statements are worded to reflect what is actually in place — but we do not warrant that the website is error-free or always available, and it does not form part of any service contract. Statements about roadmap items describe intentions, not commitments.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The website links to the Radius365 PKI portal, to Microsoft (Azure Marketplace, documentation) and to other third-party pages. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment in the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.

We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page with the date shown above.
